Refund policy

Please note, each item is made on demand for you when you place an order, and I don't keep inventory just yet. Returns must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, so I can recoup production cost.

Please contact me within 30-days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not arrive at the correct location and cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right!

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of me receiving the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me at jarudiart@gmail.com.
